Refund policy

Refunds are possible due to consumer's change of mind.
-In this case, the shipping cost is charged to the consumer.

-10% of the product price is charged as a handling fee.

In the case of catastrophic defects in the product, we will refund you.
-In this case, the consumer must prove the defect.
-In this case, the shipping cost is borne by the seller.

If the product is damaged
-In this case, the consumer must prove that it was damaged during delivery.
-We will send you the damaged parts.
-When repair is impossible due to part replacement
(Compensation will be processed in consultation with the delivery company.)
